Everyone who climbs at The Hangout must fill out a membership agreement on their first visit. If you are under 18, the agreement must be read and signed by a parent or legal guardian, then you will be issued a membership card.

IMPORTANT, these forms cannot be modified in any way whatsoever and must be filled out correctly, otherwise we can't let you climb.
